FHSWPARM - Form for Customizing Configuration Parameters

This form is shown when the Utilities/Customization/Parameters menu option is chosen on form FHSWMAIN. It is used to maintain information in the FHSCONFG.CFG file that is used during the startup of FHSWIN and to provide identification of the FHS user.

The top portion of the form permits identifying the system Configuration (.CFG), Family File Definition (.FDF), Printer Definition (.PDF), Table Definition (.TDF), Message Definition (.MDF) and Report Definition (.RDF) files that are to be accessed during the initial startup of FHSWIN. All of these configuration files now viewable within FHSWIN except the Reports Definition File.

The bottom portion of the form provides places to enter "Your Name and Address". This information may be used when the "Print Copyright Line" option is chosen when printing some reports. It is also used in form FHSWMSGD to fill in header information for GEDCOM (.GED) and Mailmerge (.MRG) files during utility Export operations.

The "Date Format" option permits selecting the format for entering dates in form FHSWUPDT and in form FHSWSPSE.

Changes made to the Configuration Parameters will not be effective until FHSWIN is restarted.

Clicking on the "Return" button removes form FHSWCUST from memory and returns control to form FHSWMAIN.
